1. Service Fees (Money-Back Guarantee)
New customers are eligible for a refund of their first month's service fee if requested within 10 days of the initial purchase date, provided the service has not been used in violation of our Acceptable Use Policy. To request a refund, contact contact[at]karizanta.com with your order ID.
This guarantee applies to the recurring service fee only — see Section 2 for account credit and balance top-ups.
2. Account Credit and Balance Top-Ups
Some plans require a minimum account balance (e.g. $5) before a server can be activated. Any funds added to your Karizanta account balance — including the initial minimum balance and any subsequent top-up — are non-refundable once added. This credit remains available in your account indefinitely and may be applied toward any current or future service, but it will not be returned as cash or reversed to your original payment method under any circumstances, including account closure.
Note for customers in the UK/EU: if you are a consumer and have not yet used any service against this credit, mandatory consumer protection law in your jurisdiction (such as the right of withdrawal under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations or EU Consumer Rights Directive) may entitle you to a refund within 14 days of the transaction, regardless of the policy stated above. Karizanta will honour such legally mandated rights where they apply and cannot be excluded by this policy.
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following are never refundable, regardless of timing:
- Domain name registrations and renewals
- Any account credit or balance top-up, per Section 2
- Services suspended or terminated for AUP violations
- Custom or one-off configuration work already performed at the customer's request
4. How Refunds Are Processed
Approved refunds (per Section 1 only) are returned to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval.
