Our hardware sits in our own racks inside the GleSYS facility in Stockholm (Västberga), Sweden. We own and operate the servers; the building is theirs. We say so plainly so you can check the facility's specifications at the source rather than taking our word for them.

Choose Stockholm when you hold EU customer data and your contract or policy requires hosting inside the EU, when your audience is Nordic or Baltic, or when ISO 27001 and renewable power are procurement requirements. The UK left the EU after Brexit, so it relies on an adequacy decision instead.
No hidden extras
You should not need a ticket to run a server
Paste your public key when you order and the server comes up with it already installed. No root password emailed in plain text, and nothing to rotate afterwards.
Provision and tear down from a script instead of a web form, so a VPS can be part of the same pipeline as everything else you deploy.
Swap the OS yourself when an experiment goes wrong. A rebuild is a normal step, not a support request.
A broken firewall rule or a bad fstab should not mean waiting for someone else. Get to the console and fix it.
Root access is yours, the operating systems are stock, and nothing here is a proprietary layer you would have to unpick to move elsewhere.

How quickly is a VPS in Stockholm deployed?

Which operating systems can I install?
Ubuntu, Debian, AlmaLinux, Rocky Linux, CentOS Stream, Fedora and Windows Server templates are all one click away, and you can reinstall from the panel whenever you like. Custom ISO uploads are available on request.
Do you throttle or charge extra for traffic?
No. Each plan lists its port speed and monthly allowance up front (10 Gbit/s, 3 TB on this location). We do not bill overage surprises — if you consistently exceed the allowance we contact you to move to a larger plan.
Is the CPU shared or dedicated?
We publish honest specs: shared-vCPU plans are explicitly labelled as such, and dedicated-vCPU plans reserve physical cores for your instance alone. There is no silent oversubscription of the dedicated tiers.
Can I upgrade my VPS later?
Yes. RAM, vCPU and disk can be upgraded from the client area with a single reboot, and your data and IP address are preserved. Downgrades are possible where the disk usage fits the smaller plan.
Is DDoS protection included with a Stockholm VPS?
Yes — always-on volumetric filtering is included on every plan at no extra cost, and there is no separate scrubbing charge while an attack is being mitigated.
Do you offer backups?
Snapshots can be taken on demand from the panel, and scheduled off-site backups are available as a paid add-on. We recommend enabling them for any production workload.
